Role

Who you are

  • You will have 7+ years B2B SaaS growth marketing experience with proven track record of scaling revenue through multi-channel acquisition, retention optimization, and market expansion strategies
  • You will have demonstrated expertise in marketing automation and AI/ML technologies
  • You will have a proven track record of performance accountability with clear ROI and business impact measurement
  • You will be proficient in optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies
  • You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse stakeholders

Desirable

  • Ideally you will have had B2B SaaS experience with understanding of complex customer journeys and stakeholder needs

What the job involves

  • You will develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business goals across the entire customer lifecycle
  • You will own multi-channel digital strategy including paid acquisition, search, email, social media, and display advertising across UK/US markets
  • You will create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract, convert, and expand customer relationships through data-driven marketing, sales and customer team alignment
  • You will establish systematic testing frameworks and growth experimentation culture across all channels
  • You will leverage generative AI tools for scaled content creation, A/B testing, and real-time optimization
  • You will own the website strategy in partnership with Head of Brand and Content
  • You will design self-service conversion pathways that guide prospects from initial awareness through product education to purchase decisions
  • You will own growth metrics, forecasting, and attribution modelling across the entire customer funnel in partnership with Commercial leaders

Compensation & Work Arrangement

  • Salary: £95-115k
  • Level: Senior and Expert level
  • Location: London (2 days a week in office at Worship St, London)

The steps required to launch a survey have typically been cumbersome. Attest have built a platform that is self-serve, and allows companies to ask targeted questions from a wide range of audiences.

The traditional research market is worth $76 billion, and yet it only serves a fraction of those who would benefit from fast and reliable consumer insights.

Attest is currently focused on larger customers such as Heineken, Boots, Samsung. They are also seeing demand from smaller players such as Monzo and Nutmeg, showing the size of the opportunity.
