Under her leadership, Customer Satisfaction increased by 20% to 4.7 (of 5) stars at Good Dog and by 40% to 90 (of 100) at CardFlight. Most recently, she led an outreach program at Good Dog focused on partner payment usage that resulted in almost 50% increase in conversion within the first 90 days.

Her track record speaks for itself when it comes to change management prowess and navigating extreme growth and transition periods. Joining Seamless as the 10th employee, steering the Account Management team from the startup stage through the company’s acquisition by Aramark. At SinglePlatform she served as VP of Operations and a member of the founding executive team that sold to Constant Contact. Most recently, she was recruited as Good Dog’s first executive operational hire to lead Customer Operations, steering the team through rapid growth and series B funding, while driving an 11x increase in partners.

Stephanie also has extensive experience consulting for early-stage startups, where she partnered closely with founders and founding teams to ideate on, create, and build out scalable post-sales, operations, and people related functions.
